Is Reid Going To Use Filibuster Reform As A Negotiating Chip With The Repugs....

going forward? I understand he is using some Senate rules to adjourn the Senate and reconvene a couple of weeks later. It's been said that he is doing this to negotiate a filibuster reform deal with McConnell. I'm wondering if he will tell McConnell that unless McConnell cooperates on the debt ceiling and other tax reforms he will use what was called the 'nuclear option' to cut off the Repugs use of the filibuster to inhibit anything from happening in the Senate.

Any thoughts here?
