(10,103 posts)They made an easy choice. The hard choice is to cut defence spending and do things like allow medicare to bargain for medications. This is just political gamesmanship, and it's nonsense.

(20,818 posts)The got mine mentality means the hard choice is to screw someone else. Once it is you that gets screwed then suddenly Republicans in congress are tone def. They're tone def because people like Christie that feel they can say things like this in August and turn around and beg for money in January without any self awareness.
