(37,364 posts)Tea Party varmints are an infestation in the House and state and local legislative bodies. Don't celebrate prematurely. Look around you and get to work.

(1,364 posts)There are too many on the Left going around chortling that the Teabaggers and Rethuglicans are over, done with, etc. That is a very foolish stand to take. It was taken after Goldwater, also. History. History. History. See that, it repeats itself, folks. The RW'ers are the bought and paid for minions of Corporations and as long as the corporations have all the money, the Teabaggers and Rethugs will continue to win elections and redistrict/gerrymander themselves into office and legislate against the rest of us.

(5,609 posts)I live in Teabagger Central, Flori-DUH and can personally attest to it. We will see them in action when the next round of "moderate" Republicans are primaried in 2014. They're not done with us yet.

(14,255 posts)As long as the Chained CPI is seen as a GOOD thing, instead of just raising the cap, the Tea party is triumphant.
As long as cutting Medicare benefits is seen as a a GOOD thing, instead of negotiating for drugs, the Tea Party, in all of their Koch-funded idiocy, is winning.
Great picture, though!
