1. Malaysia would be *VERY* wise to ask Interpol to issue a Red Notice for both criminals.

effective immediately.

17. No. Torture is a war crime. These men authorized torture.

They don't just admit it. They brag about it.

It doesn't investigate it, either.

the exact words used to justify not investigating torture and homicide).

died under very suspicious circumstances while in U.S. captivity at various facilities in Iraq and Afghanistan.

39. Yes, they did, but unfortunately by the time justice is brought to these criminals,

they most likely will have already died comfortably in their beds while receiving the best of medical care. Only history will condemn them.

malaise

Mr Rumsfeld was not just running from France - he was asked to leave Germany too - and by 24 hours, he was flying out of Ramstein AFB in a special chartered jet - because the germans was indeed willing to put him on the first train - back to France to face the music..

18. Yup, the Obama Administration, to be precise.

And even knowing that and so many other places the Obama Administration has behaved exactly like the Bush administration, there are so many places it hasn't, that I voted for this administration twice. But just because I support this administration, it doesn't mean I turn a blind eye to their screw ups.

19. It's not like we choose who we vote for.

The "acceptable candidates" are presented to us, and we vote. Diebold takes care of the rest....or something like that. Otherwise I'm sure there would have been a President Bernie Sanders in there someplace.

22. I don't

see why he is taken up for Bush or the GOP after what their party is inflicting on this country. These people are hateful. Obama needs to change the attitudes of some people in this country by setting the example. Many in the Republican party has the attitude, they are above the law. The faster the Republican Party is made irrelevant the better.

Yeah, it would be nice if Interpol issued an alert. America would ignore it, though. Sadly.

24. While only declaratory in nature, the verdict perhaps suggests that many in the world view

some actions by the Bush Administration to be war crimes and further suggests those doing the bidding of a superpower can get away with actions others might be hanged for. Try that one on for size DC and may all eight might choose their international itineraries wisely.

32. YAWN-- Wake me up

when they have the frog march.
Bush/Cheney have been wanted for war crimes in VERMONT!
They never go there, so they never get caught.
And I don't think Interpol will do a darned thing, because of pressure from the United Snakes of AmeriKKKa.

So just wake me up when they have the frog march, and I will come out with champagne for all!

37. If one were ever caught in a country that arrested them for war crimes, would we interfere

Militarily or covertly to get them back? I know our sentimate would be to let them hang, but would Obama interfere?
COMPLETE CAMPAIGN FINANCE REFORM, so we don't always have to vote for the lesser of two evils!
Lets finally get people in office who don't have to spend most of their time raising money, and do not owe favors to anyone, nor can they be threatened with a well funded opponents in the next primary! Right now, most politicians do NOT have our interests at heart. Help me spread the call for CCFR!!!
