1. Which one?

I mean, he ran twice...

First guy who ever lost the WH to spend more time with his family.

2. Maybe he was just padding his Résumé....

and the real plan, all along, was to appoint/elect him president of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints ...

Name recognition, alone, would be a big boom to the church as all his pronouncements would be carried far and wide by the MSM.

He wanted it handed to him.

5. Rephrased: Donald Trump wanted Mitt to win the presidency more than Mitt did.

6. That is the last and greatest of a series of "Fuck You"s to the people that worked and voted for him

"You cared? I didn't. Suckers."

What a total lack of character and class. Despicable.

Plus, I don't believe a word of it.

8. What you said

In addition, I hope that for all of MittHole's supporters - ardent and lukewarm alike - this latest one *burns*.

7. Why would Tagg say such a thing?

This just makes his father look bad. Maybe the son is getting back at his father for naming him "Tagg".

9. That must be real "special" for the dupes who worked for him and

donated their hard earned pennies to his campaign. Not that I care or have one bit of sympathy for them but so tacky and classless for them to come out with this bullshit now.

10. Yeah, he's only been running since before he took the governor's office in MA

and has pumped tens of millions of his own dollars into the effort.

But no, he had no desire to be president.

WHOA, hold on, a pig just flew by my window!

11. Based on the way he campaigned? Obviously not.

Someone in another thread remarked, quite aptly, that Rmoney didn't want to campaign for the Presidency; he wanted it, and expected it, to be handed to him on a silver platter.

12. Bad timing, and failure to win over the fundies

Hurricane Sandy gave Barack Obama a chance to look presidential, and the wet sloppy kiss that Chris Christie gave the President is going to doom his chances of winning the nomination for the rest of time.

Also, I've seen it reported that less than a third of a million votes in four swing states made the difference. Is it hard to believe that out of the many millions of people in those states that only a third of a million were fundies who just wouldn't pull the lever for the Mormon? I'll believe that's the case until someone shows me the undervote (voted a ballot, but no choice made for President) records of the rural and suburban counties in those states.

14. I don't know you, but President Obama looked presidential enough all the time.

Was that forwarded to you by some sore-loser Republican? Cause it sure reads a lot like a freeper's lamentation. (Especially the jab at Christie.)
