Gun people must want get rid of weather radar & maps, and warnings of any storms

after all, that is an intrusion in ones civil rights and privacy rights because there are eyes in the sky watching 24/7/365

so I assume all people with guns want to have ZERO warning of any storm coming in their little neck of the woods

the constitution demands it, right?

1. Gotta get rid of the Post Office, too. They know where they live!

2. IMO, the "Forget Conflicting Rights, JUST DO WHATEVER IT TAKES" approach is deeply flawed

When I served in the military we had Friday propaganda that sold us the idea we were fighting to protect and extend a way of life that expanded and protected people's rights.

As a Vet all I can say to such disdain for consideration of conflicting rights is WHAT THE FUCK has FEAR done to this place?

on edit: I seem to remember the President talking about COMMON SENSE, rather than the fearful irrationality that drove the creation and passage of the P.A.T.R.I.O.T. A.C.T. which IIRC was only read from front to back by 1 senator. MY senator at the time: Russ Feingold.

3. If knowing where a storm is

helps you kill it, then by all means, go ahead!

Otherwise, your analogy is deeply flawed.

4. Yup. The FAA, too.

After all, why have all those rules and regulations dictate the airline market and aircraft safety? All the regulations and rules are never going to stop ALL air disasters and crashes, so why have any laws at all?

As they say: Airplanes don't kill people, gravity kills people.
