2. I love all three, but I'm the least familiar with George's song...

...so I vote for it.

5. I didn't know Ringo did one!

What year was that?

And thanks!

edit: make that TWO

I'll add the second one; first time I've heard it and I love it.

11. I think Paul's would be last

Ringo's rocks.

While I do like Paul's, it is a bit, I don't know, schmaltzy. (I think that's the word for it.)

12. Do I really need to say it?

Bless you John Lennon, this cold, angry world could REALLY use your wisdom these days.

14. No slight on Paul intended.

In fact, all four have left a huge mark (for the better) on this world.

15. The Beatles were before my time ...

I grew up in the disco era (make that error).

And it was during that time I bought my first Beatles album, in 1979, and over the years got all their albums, including their solo work.

I so wish John and George were still with us, making music.

17. Well said.

Tearing down someone to build someone else up is not what the Beatles (collectively or individually) were about...ever. My vote (on this particular thread is for John.
