Maybe the draconian tea party people won in 2010 because regular people were scared to come out with all those overt signs of intimidation then

Marching around in single-file formation in with shotguns and semi-auto "Assault Weapons" carried at port arms as required by law.

There really wasn't much reaction except for the incident of the elderly gent who poked one of the NBP demonstrators in the chest and then stumbled and fell.

No riots, no police overreaction, no arrests......

I don't think so.

they should hand out a loaded gun and a fifth of cheap whiskey to everyone entering a Nugent concert with a card that says, "The guy two seats over is a librul."

a gun.

Some past presidents of the NRA have been convicted of this same thing that Zimmerman is going to trial over. This should be material to prove that the NRA is a criminal gang and RICO laws should apply to the NRA.

You have to be 21 to legally buy a handgun. Ola Betiku, whomever that is, is an idiot.

It is only illegal to purchase a handgun from a Federally licensed firearms dealer if you are under 21. This does not cover scenarios such as:

Handguns from private purchase(18)
Handguns as a gift(18)
Purchasing Rifles and long guns such as the AR-15 (18) ...he didn't say handgun, he said gun.
Carrying Rifles and long guns such as the AR-15 (no Federal limit, state laws may apply)

Shouldn't be so quick to call people idiots.
