Obama Cannot Get Any Kind Of Deal Unless He Offers To Privatize Social ----

Security and Medicare, abolish Mediaide, end unemployment insurance, and most domestic programs and cut taxes for the rich. That is the GOP stance.

1. I'm sure glad that you're privy to all the inner workings.

6. If You Add Up All The Rhetoric Over Time ----

they have essentially have stated what they would do if they had all the power. Romney ran on such an agenda in so many words or lack of them. When you get down to specifics what I have said is exactly what the believe. And they believe they can force Obama to give up all these programs one piece at a time.

The GOP teabagger constituency believes that faith based organizations should handle all domestic programs. They also believe in no government interference with business as any level. The GOP is now pretty much dominated by Ayn Rand philosophy.

Pure GOP fundamentalists believe that the Secretary of Defense should be the only cabinet member.

8. No argument here. After the wannabe republican barons get what they want now.....

The next hostage will be ransomed with the National Right to Work Law.
After that, elimination of the minimum wage will become the next sacrifice.
It amasses me how many people do not see the agenda of those the republicans truly represent.
We need only look to Wisconsin or Michigan.
Benton Harbor is a shining example of what the republicans consider compromise.

4. Individual Retirement Arrangement (IRAs) are instances of what Privatized Social Security would be.

Any blue-gray collar worker with a few dollars in an IRA can look at their periodic reports on its performance and discover how their Social Security would have performed if privatized.

I oppose every effort to privatize Social Security.

5. The GOP stance imploded yesterday

They can't even get their caucus to support the wacko plan-b bill.

I've said it before and I'll keep saying it. Obama could have responded to Boehner's initial "offer" with "Yup, I'll support and sign that exact bill" and the GOP would have pulled it off the table before Boehner got to the office door.

The only chance Boehner has is to support a bill that gets crossover Dem support and negates the teabaggers in his own caucus. I don't think he'll go for it because in his bourbon infused brain he still thinks he can be Speaker of the House next Congress and the baggers aren't going to support him now in any case I don't think.

7. Boehner's Plan B Did Not Go Far Right Enough For Them. NO TAXES UNDER ALL CIRCUMSTANCES -

and extreme cuts in Social Security and Medicare. They actually want Medicaid devolved to the states.
