So what about Body-Armor... ban it too?
Most states allow private citizens to own body armor. Soft armor, plate armor, etc...
Should laws change regarding body armor too? Is body armor covered by the Second Amendment?
How about this: If you own guns, you can't own armor. Current taxes from the sale of guns/ammo will go towards equipping non-gun owners with Body Armor.

Has there been documented problems with shooters wearing armor?
Most shootings are gang related. Is that new gang bling?
