5. There's no need for rope-a-dope when you outmatch your opponent.

Unless the strategy is really something else.

He understood full on attack well enough to get himself re-elected, why do you suppose he fails to employ that strategy now? Does he fear that the majority of American voters to not support the idea of maintaining adequate benefits for social security recipients? Do you think the majority of American voters support the repub's plan?
