Tulips in bloom in Mid January - if this continues we may see it. Photo of their groundbreaking

I'm in North Carolina.

This is what I should be seeing in my yard by the end of February.
I've seen it in January a time or two lately.

5. I have this too

tulips coming up. (edit - in VA)

We also had a billion acorns this year. Last time this happened I heard it meant we'd have a hard winter, and that time they were right. I guess I'll see this year if that was just some myth.

6. Juxtaposition, I've got California poppies blooming right alongside next years crop comming up

The experts tell us California will be experiencing an extraordinarily normal winter, whatever the Hell that means.
