What are the chances Lanza was taking SSRI anti-depressants?

According to this website: http://www.ssristories.com/index.php?p=school

the majority of school-related murders involved selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs)

2. Yesterday there was a DU post on this

with a report that he was taking a controversial drug.

Not sure what it was and I don't have time to find the link right now. But you might be able to search for it.

The guns are what made that slaughter possible.

4. What are the chances that if he didn't have guns we wouldn't be talking about this?

Right. That's what I thought.

6. So if he just committed suicide by hanging himself we shouldn't care if these drugs are causing it?

7. We should care, but there's been no end of speculation about him in the last few days

and frankly, about this one guy, I can't work up any sympathy. He didn't hang himself. He shot 20 little kids.

8. Very low. No medication was found in the house.

Investigators seized cellphones, computers and computer games during a search of mass murderer Adam Lanza's home -- but found no evidence that he was being treated with any drugs prescribed for mental illness, a source told Hearst Connecticut Newspapers.

Investigators are using search warrants to get medical records to determine if Lanza was being treated for a medical or psychiatric ailment, and what, if anything, was prescribed, the source said.
