NJ already requires 2 people to vouch for your character

Would love to see that be adopted at the federal level..wouldn't that be fun..

5. Canada requires two character witnesses...and this provision

Was cited on a slate blog as being a roadblock...

Secondly if some one is selling their services...they can be easily tracked.

On a mass scale..this will make a positive impact

2. I'd love to see the ability to anonymously flag someone's profile.

Triggering a higher level of scrutiny, and possibly, a psychologic evaluation prior to purchase.

Authorities and gun sellers have little insight into who should and should not own guns, but their friends and family probably do.

9. Me too...

Because I know someone with a concealed carry permit that is always fighting with his neighbors.

He has made remarks that he could shoot them between the eyes and not feel anything.

They have made similar statements and they have guns as well.

It's truly a powder keg situation.

6. Incorrect. Shooter's BROTHER lives in NJ.

That false report was corrected a few days ago.
