I dont mind losing when we lose, but I hate losing when we win. - Jim Hightower (kinda)

"Now it's time for us to "win the post election"--to win the progressive policies that the people just voted for.

It's time to end the wars,

rollback Citizens United,

put a Robin Hood tax on Wall Street speculators (to tax the rich, invest in jobs, education and green energy),

raise the minimum wage,

end the war on drugs,

cut the wasteful military budget,

and leave Social Security and Medicare and Medicaid alone."

2. K&R Just this would go a long way toward healing this nation.

There is a lot more we could do, but this is a good start.

7. Isn't the Progressive Caucus adding members this next year?

How much bigger are we than the teabagger caucus? How much bigger will we be as of the next Congress? After all, the bad guys lost not one but TWO big ones - joe walsh and allen west. Good Riddance 1 and Good Riddance 2. AND todd akin isn't there anymore, either. He tried to move from the House up to the Senate, and failed. We gain outright, and we gain from their corresponding loss.

*Bust Up the Too-Big-to-Fails

*Reinforce the Sherman Anti-Trust Act,
and use it to prevent Walmart (Big Boxes) from using their "Unfair Competitive Advantage" to undercut Locally Owned Businesses.

*STOP Privatizing the Commons,
and return to Regulation, Public Ownership, & Public Accountability

*End the failed War on Drugs

*Expand Medicare

*End the insanity of "Free Trade"

*EFCA
