would it ever be possible for union workers to

pool their money together to maybe start their own business and essentially be the owner of the company?

has anything like this ever happened on a small scale at all?

this would get the greedy business owners out of the picture and get the workers to be the owner.

3. Not just "union" workers but many small businesses start out with workers pooling their money to

start and share profits and losses.
