Some truth to it. At first the GOP will get the blame for the cliff. Months in though, if it hasn't been solve, and a recession sets in, it will be the "Obama recession".

Congress' next election just began. I'd show the rope a bit more frayed, and possible severed by the last election. I've never seen a president so energetic and determined in their second term, though. I think he's pretty well anchored . . .
