Any person who would negotiate for the wealthy instead of their own family should be ashamed

If you are willing to negotiate for the wealthy to pay lower taxes and have your social security and medicare cut as well as your children's, you are a pathetic piece of shit and need to be told so! And by the way, the wealthy think you are stupid and weak. They despise you!

2. Good point

I can't understand why all these Conservatives are so against taxing the rich. If you take your typical Conservative, they aren't rich and probably living pay check to pay check. They have nothing in common with the wealthy. They are fighting against their own self interest agreeing with the GOP against taxing the wealthy. It doesn't make sense.

6. Theyve been totally brainwashed

If you say we need to tax the rich, they reply that youre socialist and dont understand how economics works.

I tell them that the GDP was twice as high when the top tax rate was twice as high on the rich and they are dumbfound or they say "yeah but nobody paid that rate".

We need economic history included in our schools but there is about as much chance of that as labor history being taught.

4. I have no idea either.

They are brain washed and believe in conspiracy theories.
Luck what Santorum managed to accomplish this week.

5. They're all rich men who have stolen everything they could

through the sort of insider trading Congress is privy to and they honestly think they're going to be allowed to keep all their ill gotten gains by a grateful plutocracy.

They're going to die broke, watching their children panic over being turned out of work to starve in their old age.

7. The stupidity is is thinking the rich are going to pay for your social security and Medicare.

It's beyond their capability.

Raising the taxes on the rich to Clinton levels is so pathetically small compared to the scope of the problem it is laughable. Anyone who tells you that is all it takes is lying to you.
