1. Great! But, you should have a link of where to buy them in your post.

2. Buy these jeans

Edited to add link: http://www.allamericanclothing.com/

I bought a pair and will buy others.

Comfy, sizing is right, and only $49. A comparable pair from Levis is usually around $39. So, it's a 25% increase, but it's worth the additional money to buy American. I don't like their selection of shirts, though. All in due course, I guess.

That said, I don't know if these jeans are union-made or what the politics and employee relations are in this company.

On the same subject, what really pisses me off is when I see American-made jeans for $80 or more. American-made jeans from Duluth trading co. are $80 or more. Bill's Khakis American-made jeans are over $110. That's just profiteering since you just know that their costs are not much different from those at All American Clothing.

7. I shopped at American Apparel's Los Angeles outlet today.

Great products. Nice store.

At the check-out, I complemented the young woman behind the counter on how nice the store is. She said that American Apparel is a great employer, that they treat their employees well. Apparently the employees are even given bus passes which is nice considering their parking lot is huge and was very crowded today.

I'm just plugging this business because they make their products in the US.

Since it is Christmas, I think we should make a list of companies that we know of that produce their products in the US.

I don't have any personal ties with American Apparel other than shopping there today, so this is not some kind of spam ad.

I hope this does not offend anyone.
