Schweitzer: ‘Warm Regard For People Of Iowa And New Hampshire’

http://livewire.talkingpointsmemo.com/entry/schweitzer-warm-regard-for-people-of-iowa-new

"It's way to early to talk about 2016," he said. "I'm governor of Montana until January. At that point, I'll no longer have a governor's mansion, I won't have a driver, I won't have security. So I'll have a little time on my hands. I think I did mention that I have a warm regard for the people of Iowa and New Hampshire."

1. Schweitzer is fascinating

I do hope he runs and, at least, gives us a chance to know him better. Earlier this year, or perhaps last year, he was faced with another governor - do not remember which one - who was blaming unions for his state troubles. And Schwietzer explained how he got the finance of Montana in line without suppressing any union.

2. Can't speak for any other Iowan

but regards to Schweitzer from this Iowan. I've been suggesting him for a while now, since he's been interviewed by Rachel Maddow several years ago.

3. Well

he's my governor and I have some serious issues with him and his follow-through on a bunch of issues he campaigned on and then sold out. Watch out for politicians wearing ca'boy hats.

He has a real likeable persona for the TeeVee cameras... give him a talk show instead and spare us all a lot of grief.
