44. We don't need them all to be Grayson's

We need a lot of warrens and browns and sanders. Maybe even some boxers, merkleys, defazios, obamas, and bidens. And a just a few Grayson's to add spice.

Actually, we have a lot of cool legislators right now. It's actually fairly cheering.

7. Some of the same people who vote Republican because

they think Republicans will end the budget deficit and lower taxes if they do shop at Walmart whenever they can.

That statement needs to be printed on shopping bags and handed out on the streets by the entrances to Walmart stores.

Let shoppers know that Walmart contributes greatly to the deficit and is partly responsible for raising taxes.

This could open a few eyes.

You gotta start somewhere! Hopefully he'll have MULTIPLE terms in Congress - and beyond, so he can work on LOTS of issues that need his attention. Glad he's back. And he posts here, which is quite cool!

Glad you're here! We need you! Stay vigilant!

59. probably...

but it's a fat chance that any state will without massive protest from taxpayers. Walwort has it's tentacles everywhere, otherwise they would never have gotten such a barnacle-like foothold in all the places it now exists. It's a pariah that needs to be squelched and vaccinated against.

Alan Grayson "smoked them out" and got them "on the run"! Clearly they ran straight to their investors, their sugar daddies, for help.

We all (people of conscience) have won because Al Grayson is returning.

Love his middle name! Go get them Alan!

Of all the hypocrites...WalMart now ranks #1 in my book. I read a letter in the Globe by a man called Chris Buchanan and decided to research him. He is the Director,Public Affairs and Government Relations, Walmart in Plymouth.

The second paragraph is the epitome of irony!

"Its most pressing interest is in hunger" Wow that from a company that refuses to offer their employees a living wage! A wage that would allow them to put food on their tables.

Good to have you with us!

I've been a fan of Alan Grayson for awhile now - and I think I was first alerted about him here on DU! There was a time when his was the only backbone that was recognizable, with VERY few exceptions. Hopefully we've managed to send several more like him to Congress! Sock it to the damn teabaggers (and other assorted Sore Losermen)!

I live in San Francisco, but it's worth it to have him back. They're working on paying off the current debts, and positioning the Grayson campaign for 2014 and beyond.

I know it's his second stint in Congress, so not "fresh" in that aspect. But fresh from the comparison to the rest of those Congresspeople who seem almost universally clueless as to what it's like to be a regular person without a trust fund.
