4. It's a completely irrational witch hunt.

They're trying to stir up shit because there isn't any actual problem anywhere.

12. Not to mention that none of the Senators have explained why it matters

even if what they claim is true. Assuming that the administration, represented by Ambassador Rice, misrepresented what it knew had happened (even though the facts strongly suggest otherwise), what were the consequences of that misrepresentation? The incident had already happened, so nothing could be done differently that would have affected the outcome, the facts were going to come out eventually (and they are), and no actions were taken in reliance on what Ambassador Rice had represented that Sunday morning. If I were interviewing McCain, Graham, or Ayotte, I'd ask, "Assuming what you say is true, why is this such a big deal? When Colin Powell represented to the country his belief, also allegedly based on information from the intelligence community, that Iraq harbored weapons of mass destruction, a representation that led to the decision to enter into a needless 10 year war that has cost us a trillion dollars and thousands of American soldiers' lives, did any of you ask for Secretary Powell's resignation?"

5. I am truly outraged at McCain's and Graham's comments.

"Harumph...Harumph...still have serious questions...greatly troubled..."
YOU pissant low-life scum sucking BASTARDS.
Your party lost the presidential election and you'll still do ANYTHING to undercut our president.
Worthless bitter assholes.
