Romney did WORSE than Bush among Mormon voters

http://www.businessinsider.com/romney-mormon-vote-2012-11

In 2004, 80% of Mormons voted for Bush while 19% supported John Kerry.

...

According to exit polls conducted by the Pew Forum, that wasn't the case. Romney failed to make any gains among the demographic. In fact, 21% of Mormons voted for Barack Obama and only 78% voted Romney.

Congratulations Willard. You did worse than America's most miserable failure.

1. The more people know Romney, the less they like him. He lost all four of his home states.

2. Which ones?

I know he lost in MA, NH, and MI. He would have lost big even among far-right supporters in France. He won big in Utah. What's the other state?

4. To Romney's credit

That's still fewer homes than McCain.

11. La Jolla is a neighborhood in the City of San Diego

its not a separate city.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/La_Jolla

La Jolla ( /ləˈhɔɪ.ə/ lə-hoy-ə is an affluent, hilly seaside resort community, occupying 7 miles (11 km) of curving coastline along the Pacific Ocean in Southern California within the northern city limits of San Diego.

7. La Jolla

Ironically, La Jolla's economy is being wrecked by an unbelievable accumulation of birdshit on the coastal cliffs.

I am not kidding.

9. I saw that and thought it was great!

As a Mormon Democrat, I just cringed whenever anyone said we'd all vote for Romney because he is a Mormon. So glad to see the actual proof that we don't all think the same politically.

12. Most my family is LDS - some GOP

Most of them, including the GOP ones, voted for Obama (as they did 4 years a go - a couple changed because he is LDS, but most did not).

13. I'm surprised a Mormon would vote for Obama.

I mean, everyone will vote for a candidate who shares their choice of religious denomination.

Carter and Clinton cleaned up among White Southern Baptists and Hispanic Catholics just adore Rick Santorum.

10. i wonder if Huntsman actually voted for him, i wouldn't be surprised if he didn't

while most are conservative it probably makes those who are liberal or moderate more likely to want to go out and show not all of them are like that.

just look at how Harry Reid was kicking his ass throughout the election.

also i'm sure there are some who know some stuff about his finances and how he probably isn't giving his share to the church.
