State dinners, barbecues for Congress, and holiday receptions for the diplomatic corps are paid for by taxpayers, but the President is billed for all food consumed by his family and his personal guests.

13. Me too, straw/rhub favorite pie,

had a great bakery growing up, not easily found these days. MAY have to settle for Punkin Pie! (Dad said 'ALL the pie is punk in here!!!)

14. Last year we had a brine soaked turkey and a jerk turkey

both were great.
We're not traveling this year - can't get out before Thursday lunchtime and I vowed I'd never do that again.
