For those on the Right who claim that "the Democrats demagogued on social issues" this year...
...I present to them:
The Democrats did not demagogue on contraception (a NON-ISSUE), abortion, or gay marriage. It was the Republicans who did so, using far-right religious arguments to thinly veil their Draconian political agenda as they waged the War on Women (and on gays, African-Americans, Latinos, young people, old people, poor people, etc...) And it bit them in the ass.
The GOP needs to stop blaming others for their failures and take personal responsibility for their mess of a party.
