Re: Benghazi...why do people expect a perfectly accurate answer in 24 hours?

An illegal act happens in another country and some, few here, but some, expect an answer that leaves no doubt, is unimpeachable, is 100% of all the information we have, even if that information would tip off those whom the US suspected of responsibility.

And another thing. It's 2012. Why can't the skeptics handle ambiguity among the explanations for what happened?

People wrongly think that it can't be an act of terror unless Al Qaeda was involved --oh it can be.

People wrongly think that it can't be terror if there was a protest at the same time.

People wrongly think that two things can't be happening simultaneously, civil unrest and terrorist elements targeting our embassies simultaneously, taking advantage of the cover social unrest provides for them.

Why are the skeptics so unwilling to believe all but the most cartoonishly simple explanations for this incident, while simultaneously believing in an elaborately nuanced and complex coverup?

I think I'm tired of this.

yet along 24. But then, when was the last time you saw a reasonable Republican? The MSM is pushing the narrative now that the election is over. There aren't any real skeptics...just people with an agenda.

I think the only real journalist left in the US today is Matt Taibbi...wish he had a broader audience.

They are looking for reasons to diminish the president. It started before the election...it did not stick. They are ramping up the rhetoric now...suggesting that the President purposefully lied to the American people, covered up wrongdoing. The facts do not matter.

Both McCain and his buddy know that investigations take time, that the CIA hides information from the public, that there is classified info. They also know that petreaus signed off on the talking points.

They are lying to us. Why? They are trying to take down the President by using the deaths of the four Americans. Reprehensible.

so they could impugn their character and call them liars if the situation fleshed out differently.

They are looking for a "lie" to spin for impeachment.
