1. Rep. King confirmed the CIA approved the information Rice provided during interviews.

Whether it was good info or not, she did was she was supposed to do, and deserves an apology from those assholes McCain and Graham.

5. You seem quite intent in harming the administration by promoting lies

why is that?

I just posted a thousand words about why this wasn't Rice's fault.

You, on the other hand, seem to be promulgating a false version of events that can only injure the administration if anyone believed it.

If Rice was accurate than the administration really did not think it was a terrorist attack and Romney was right in saying they didn't.

And that is the line you are peddling. You agree with Mitt Romeny that Obama is too dumb to have known it was a terrorist attack.

Because that is what you were saying in defending Rice's comments as accurate.

And you question my motives?

Incredible.

6. She is a non-issue

Only the Republicans are trying to make her one. You seem torn between defending her and explaining why her TV appearance is such a big deal. It's manufactured bullshit.

8. I don't care what you think. Bye-bye.

I can't stop you from slandering me out of your need to paper over the defects in your simplistic world-view but I can mange things in such a way that I don't have to read it.

7. When you're conducting an investigation it's good practice

*not* to tip off the perpetrator that you're onto them.

That's why the public version of the info was vague. Petraeus implied that in his statement.

9. King seems confused.

Last night on AC360 he said the original intelligence community talking points contained references to terrorist groups (apparently confirmed at yesterday's briefing) and that the White House then removed them. But King also said that in the briefing he/they got from Gen. Petraeus apparently the morning after the attacks Gen. Petraeus downplayed the involvement of terrorist groups, more or less the same thing Amb. Rice said on MTP.

So tell us, Mr. King, did the Director of the CIA misrepresent the "intelligence community's" original talking points or was he not aware of them (ha)?

10. She didn't say the film caused the murders

Like the Republicans claim she said. She said they weren't sure. She said there was a demonstration over the film and then guys with guns showed up. She was wrong about the demonstration.

Where she blames the film she's talking about mobs elsewhere too. Those were caused by the film.

11. Re: Susan Rice

I just don't see what the point is. So what if she said it was from the film or not...it doesn't change a damn thing. It also doesn't cover up anything since she and everyone else said it was being investigated. Maybe they all should have just left it at that and not commented at all like Bush and crew always did. "No Comment, it's an on going investigation, so I refuse to comment on it." - is that what everybody wanted?
