Socialite Jill Kelley skydived with commandos (plus tons of details about her 'parties')

You wanna read about the skydiving thing? Go to the link below, check out the first 3-4 paragraphs. You want an eye-opener? Check out the excerpt below...
Socialite Jill Kelley skydived with commandos

Kelley and her husband, Scott, a surgeon, were known for throwing lavish parties for members of the military in Tampa.

But unless you held the rank of general or admiral, you weren’t likely on the guest list, according to one retired senior officer who didn’t want his name published.

“A colonel is about as low as she’d go,” said the officer, who served at the U.S. military’s Central Command (CENTCOM) in Tampa and knows the players in the Petraeus scandal.

At one party, held on the front lawn adjacent to bustling Bayshore Boulevard, foreign officers outnumbered U.S. military about 10 to 1 as they mingled with the mayor and other local dignitaries, he said. There was a band, speakers and cocktails. The French and Italian officers seemed to enjoy themselves greatly, he said.

Go to the article and search for "The opportunity to rub shoulders" and continue reading from there basically to the end of the article.

How fucking fascinating is that? Specifically about how easy it apparently was for her to just intentionally court top brass like that.

I realize some of this is already known but some of it was new to me. What the fuck was she gaming at?

I'm not saying she was a spy or a foreign agent but, fuck, if it's literally that easy to get hooked into our fucking top commanders, well...you and the TSA agent with their finger up your ass can both have a chuckle about the nature of national security next time you're at the airport.

An operative would never be allowed to rack up staggering amounts of debt and bankruptcies. The operative would have easy access to cash and maintain a lower profile.

These women are grifters, pure and simple. And not particularly smart ones, either.

Operative or grifter, you don't blow your cover that way. Sloppy. Pull your dress down, honey, your greed is showing.

I don't seriously think a person could throw a huge party with foreign dignitaries, local city leaders, domestic as well as foreign high ranking generals and officers, without attracting the attention of foreign intelligence agents who might watch from a distance the events of the party and try to gather tidbits of information passed between officers and generals and diplomats.

to top Military Personnel. This is most unusual and I hope some good, investigative journalists, not distracted by the tabloid aspects of all this, will dig into what is really behind these twins and their apparent obsession with high-ranking US Military personnel.

Ordinary people, which is what they were when the moved to Tampa, if you believe the reports, do not get this kind of access.

It's fascinating to think that this country has been told that the Govt has to spy on all Americans for 'National Security' reasons, we are expected to give up all kinds of rights because 'anyone could be a terrorist'.

Yet, these two apparently sailed right into the heart of the Military, to the Command Center where the Wars are managed, and didn't even have to take off their shoes. Nor was anyone, apparently, listening in on their phone calls or checking their emails.

Something isn't right here, their sense of entitlement, eg when they call the police, they expect to be protected. They feel they have a right to it. Where did they get that idea? And why were two Generals willing to get involved in a custody hearing for one of them?

Either they are totally off the wall crazy, which raises other questions about those who hung around them, or there is something else going on here.

Her husband's a cancer surgeon and they ran a questionable 'charity' which it looks like they looted.

4. The Kelleys bankrupted their sketchy cancer charity
Jill Kelley and her cancer-surgeon husband, Scott, spent their way into Tampa society by throwing lavish parties for military leaders and visiting with dignitaries at their mansion on swanky Bayshore Boulevard. That house was also the listed headquarters for the Doctor Kelley Cancer Foundation, an apparently short-lived charity they founded in 2007 "exclusively to conduct cancer research and to grant wishes to terminally ill adult cancer patients." To put it mildly, "it appears that the charity fell far short of its mission," say Jason Cherkis and Christina Wilkie at The Huffington Post. "By the end of 2007, the charity had gone bankrupt, having conveniently spent exactly the same amount of money, $157,284, as it started with — not a dollar more" — on such things as "meals and entertainment" ($43,317), "travel" ($38,610), legal fees ($25,013), office expenses and supplies ($12,807), "automotive expenses" ($8,822), and utilities and telephones ($7,854). The couple also faces millions in lawsuits from banks for not paying mortgages on property they own and credit card debt.

How have they been able to stay in the mansion for so long? Guessing the tendrils of corruption go in additional directions beyond the military.

Homestead Exemptions, for example. There are probably some seriously shady shit going on with that, and the only time people get caught is if they run for office. This thing that is getting National exposure with Kelley, is not the common route.

Wake up call America. The 9/11 suicide pilots were trained in Florida. Can we really tolerate the loosey goosey shit that goes on around here?

They accept you as honorary consul, you send off to the State Dept. for your ID, they check with the country and if it checks out your nice red laminated picture ID card from the State Department. Then you turn around to your DMV, pay the fee for the custom plates (like $10) and -BAM!- you have exactly the credentials that Jill Kelley did.

-BAM!-

BTW, I don't know if you caught it but Petraeus swung the honorary consularship for Jill Kelley.

I know truly decent people who serve as such, generally because they have ties with the foreign country in some way, as well as being "connected" socially, commercially or politically in the US in ways helpful to the foreign country's interests, without necessarily being unhelpful to those of the US.

It's exactly your point - if it is true that Petraeus was involved in getting it for her - and that this "honorary consul" was also a "social liaison" to our top military commanders that bothers me about this situation.

Frankly, I don't mind seeing Petraeus go. If anything, it may cut down on these truly terrible drone killings that he favored.

But I AM sorry about the whole sordid situation.

She looks like someone who loves being on the society pages.

There are a few ways to get this kind of access. The Association of the United States Army comes to mind Her husband is eligible for a corporate membership, which would give her access to AUSA functions...which are attended by high ranking officers. A serious social climber like her would have no problem making friends with all the generals on post. Generals like free liquor too.

Who cares? She and her husband have every right to throw parties and invite whoever the hell they want. Loads of people schmooze the military or anyone influential. Hardly anything new about that. If this is supposed to be so concerning then ask the military why they were attending the parties, taking her sky-diving and what they were schmoozing with her for. They're the ones that made her a special friend of the base - ask THEM what THEIR "game" was.

“They are a lovely couple,” said Aaron Fodiman, publisher of the glossy Tampa Bay Magazine, who has socialized with the Kelleys and attended parties at their home. “We are in shock over this. It’s insane. Bizarre.”

He says the city’s social and charitable doors are open to anyone who comes “with a sincere desire to help.”

“If you’re famous enough, rich enough or charming enough, everybody wants you,” he said. “The Kelleys are charming. They are nice. They live in a $1.5 million house on the most prestigious street. They go to the events. They donate. Why wouldn’t people want to have them at a party?”
