WTF? FUX with News advertises on ESPN?

I just saw an ad on ESPN for Bill O'Really, Sean insHannity, and Greta van Blusterin's shows on FOX News. Is there any way to get away from them, are they literally everywhere now? Why would ESPN even let them advertise, wouldn't that have the potential of hurting ABC/Disney stations?

1. Not necessarily

Your local cable company is given space in which they can sell ads. Whether you saw a national ad or a local insert is not going to be apparent.

3. Good point. I feel like it was a national ad, because it still had the ESPN ticker at the bottom.

I'm not sure if that means anything, can the local companies overlay the ad and keep the ticker on the screen?
