Obama's popular vote lead is 2.67%
As of Politico's last update in their vote count, updated last at 10:50pm ET on November 9th.
They do not give you the percentage, but they give you the vote count, which is 61,675,412 for Obama and 58,479,114 for Romney.
Use your calculator to find the percentage. http://www.politico.com/2012-election/map/#/President/2012/

If I recall, he predicted Obama would take the popular vote by between 2 1/2 and 3 per cent.
