29. Unfortunately

she still owns the rights to that song -- as well as the rest of Sonny's music. At last count, she's taking in $1.5 million a year from that, along with whatever else she inherited from Sonny, along with her Congressional pension, along with health care for life.

Don't be looking for her at the unemployment office any time soon.

3. Well, since they both hate

the gummit, I'm sure they are relieved they're no longer employed by such an evil entity. Besides, Ruiz is cute as a button AND a scholar. I just checked out his creds a couple of days ago. Double major at Harvard. Hello!

his father had money and influence.

No doubt Ruiz is very different.

I will look at his bio, but not today. I have spent already spent much too much time on the internets today.

22. You got that right!

This is as "up and coming" as it gets. In 6 years he can take Feinstein's seat (we need to leave Boxer where she is). By that time he'll have had 3 terms in Congress. Six years is plenty of time to spread the word on him. If the DNC brass doesn't hone in on this kid, they're crazy.

34. I hate to say it, but

he's too short.

That's a sad fact. It has nothing to do with his ability, but in today's media-drive, television-driven political word, superficiality matters. Look how much time people spent talking about Ryan's physique -- or Michelle's arms. Unless the public changes -- don't hold your breath -- Raul would suffer the same fate as Dennis Kucinich. The corporate media would savage him.

The Citizens United ads against him this time were vile and disgusting.

I've met Raul twice and he is a sweet, charming guy, but that won't help when the Koch Brother attack dogs go after him.

41. Yes, and nobody with a name like

Barak Obama could never be president. Not only is he African-American, his name is too hard to pronounce. Just a reminder that that was also conventional wisdom at one time.

The ONLY thing positive I've ever heard her doing, either in her personal or professional life, was publicly standing by and accepting Chazz Bono during his transitioning.

That's it.

32. Yeah, I wondered that, too

Sonny Bono's mother was right. She said on national TV, right after Sonny's death, that his widow was a horrible, opportunistic person.

LOVE how all these arch conservatives want to live off our tax dollars.

A pity this is a busy morning. The evil part of my mind is trying to compose new lyrics for Connie Mack and Mary Bono-Mack using the old Sonny & Cher classic "I've Got You, Babe."

Well, now they'll have time to enjoy each other.

35. She is probably

scouting around for the next millionaire to marry. That seems to be what she excels at. Mack is her third -- and she only married him because she thought he had a political future and could feather her nest. Now, that he's a loser, she may be ready to move on.

She would love to be the head of the RIAA, so she could make sure that her royalties from Sonny last forever.
