Ginrich just stated the republican policy on education, essentially to get rid of it. He said

education should be at the local level, effectively saying that the Federal government has no say in it

It is a coded way of saying, lets get rid of the public school system

If educators, labor, women, minorities, etc. do not vote Democratic in 2012 they will be in for a rude awakening

TPTB don't have to spend nearly as much time and effort to conceal their lying and stealing when their constituency is woefully uninformed
