Racist Teens Forced to Answer for Tweets About the ‘N*****’ PresidentLast edited Fri Nov 9, 2012, 08:11 PM USA/ET - Edit history (3)
There was an abundance of hate speech on Twitter after Obama's reelection, with people hurling violent and racial epithets. Many of those tweeters were teenagers whose public Twitter accounts feature their real names and advertise their participation in the sports programs at their respective high schools. Calls were placed to the principals and superintendents of those schools to find out how calling the president—or any person of color, for that matter—a "nigger" and a "monkey" jibes with their student conduct code of ethics.
We contacted their school's administrators with the hope that, if their educators were made aware of their students' ignorance, perhaps they could teach them about racial sensitivity. Or they could let them know that while the First Amendment protects their freedom of speech, it doesn't protect them from the consequences that might result from expressing their opinions. (For example, an adult woman is currently being investigated by the Secret Service for calling President Obama a "nigger" and suggesting he be assassinated on her Facebook page.) Additionally, several of the teens use imagery of their high schools' sports teams on their Twitter accounts and Facebook pages. If nothing else, it's reasonable to alert administrators to the behavior of the students who are publicly representing their schools. http://jezebel.com/5958993/racist-teens-forced-to-answer-for-tweets-about-the-nigger-president Gallery: http://jezebel.com/5958490/twitter-racists-react-to-that-nigger-getting-reelected/gallery/1 I hope this follows these racist little shits for years. Good luck getting a job when the world know you're a racist idiot.

1. The parents names should be printed in the paper ....
|
... after all, that's where they learned it.
If you object to the publication of names, consider the Milwaukee Urinal/Sentinel hosted a searchable database of names and addresses of those who signed a Recall Walker petition. |

3. One of these ignoramuses

said, "I'd honestly be willing to spill blood . . . take back America". Damn fools.
Sadly, most of these teens likely get their information from their parents and are simply reiterating their sentiments. |

Last edited Fri Nov 9, 2012, 08:12 PM USA/ET - Edit history (1) comes out when things aren't going well. When life hands these students and athletes a lemon they begin espousing their true feelings about people who are different from them. I wonder how many of their black classmates and team mates are finding out for the first time how these kids REALLY feel about them. I wish folks would think hard about what really bothers them about our President, could it be that it is MOSTLY the color of his skin after all? How sad it is when young people end up just like the elders that hold these wrong headed beliefs. I know that once a person goes down this road around me I can never again think otherwise about them...there is no taking it back; I can forgive them but I will never forget they are Racist.

9. This Presidency has been a terrific source of enlightenment.
|
A lot of it isn't positive, but I strongly believe it's a good thing to ultimately know the truth about people, especially if they represent themselves as someone completely different than their true selves.
It hurts to learn someone isn't what you thought, but better to know, deal with it, and go into the future with that knowledge. |

5. Where are all those parents who keep saying "if it were my kid, he'd be punished twice ... once by
|
cops/whomever, and then when he got home!"?
Oh, wait ... they're probably fighting the "union school" and authorities for making a big fuss over "a little prank by some kids" ... (like the Eagle Scout in Bath Ohio who stole election signs as a "prank" ... amazingly, they were all "pro-Obama" yard signs, all 5000+ of them) |

10. FYI, the adult woman is NOT being investigated for calling the President a racial slur...
|
the woman is being investigated solely because she advocated assassination. I think it is important to note that.
I do think it is a great idea to teach racial sensitivity but such efforts should involve the whole school. The students should absolutely NOT be punished for using protected speech off campus. |

11. If these kids can't find a job, will they BLAME THEMSELVES as a certain black REPUBLICAN said?
|
Or blame "PULLITICULLY CURRECT LIBRUHLS"?
These narcissistic kids: some of them may learn, some may just be further radicalized, but the bottom line is, if you don't want the public to know your dirty mind, don't post it online or set your twitter private. |
