Plus, New Orleans got wrecked by Katrina and it's still below sea level.

for the first time since I can remember, roads are being widened that have been in the planning stage for perhaps 20 years, housing developments are going up with nice homes faster than you can count, oil field service companies are popping up along the main drag, this area is growing but you know it has nothing to do with BO's policies and everything to do with republican obstructionism.
