BREAKING MSNBC: Petraeus Resigns
The President has accepted his resignation. Petraeus, in his resignation letter, writes about an extramarital affair that he had. Not sure if that is why he is resigning or not. This is on News Nation right now.

1. What kind of affair would it take for him to have to resign?

That's a little weird.

6. If it happened while he was on active duty with a junior..
|
it would look really bad. A few senior officers have been forced to retire because of fooling around with a junior officer. This can't be done to him but it would be a bad example.
