Introducing Discussionist: A new forum by the creators of DU

Fri Nov 9, 2012, 06:58 AM

Why am I hearing conservative nobody after conservative nobody on NPR this morning?!

I want to hear from/about Tammy Baldwin. Elizabeth Warren. Angus King (what's up with him?). Tim Kaine. Heidi Heitkamp (Yay North Dakota!).

These are people who won. These people will make decision affecting their states and the country for the next six years.

NPR. You suck.

5. It's beyond cred. Lots of exciting new faces in the Senate. Lets hear from and about them.

It's called news.

3. 1. Because they really won, you see. Ask McConnell and Boehner. 2. Because they're the only TRUE A-

mericans.

7. I would argue that Tammy Baldwin has a very strong claim to that "true American" label.

Stronger than boners (Ohio anyone) or some racist hick from Kentucky.

10. Michael Powell was the republican hatchet man at the FCC

He was a real mean POS who targeted the left and paved the road for the right. Another gem from Colin Powell.

11. NPR always only features conservative commentary

Its been that way for over a decade at least.

People just dont notice what is right in front of their own ears.
