A note to the Republican Party and their surrogates -

I've been watching a lot of FOX News since election night, to see how the Republican Party was reacting to the election and what they were going to take away from it. I saw thoughtful insight from some of the establishment politicos like Ed Rollins on the changing demographics of America and how the Party must adapt to these new times. And then I saw what I can only describe as excrement flowing from the mouths of the likes of Sean Hannity and Ann Coulter.

Republican Party, if you NEVER want to win a national election again:

Go ahead and keep saying that the reason Latinos voted overwhelming for the Democratic Party was because Latinos were lazy and hooked on welfare instead of angry at being told to engage in "self-deportation", or having to show "papers" on demand, or generally being made the whipping dog for all that was wrong in our country.

Go ahead and keep saying that the reason the Youth voted overwhelming for the Democratic Party was because they are too stupid to know what is best for the country instead of not interested in a Party that seems to be stuck in the last century on social and environmental issues, or worried about being burdened with outrageous education debt just to get a good job.

Go ahead and keep saying that the reason Women voted overwhelming for the Democratic Party was because of some imaginary "War on Women" ginned up by the Democrats instead of insulted by the literally hundreds of anti-Choice bills introduced by the Republican Party on both the State and Federal level the past two years, or being told that a woman must carry her rapists' baby, or having their access to emergency and non-emergency contraceptives restricted, or the national "slut shaming" Sandra Fluke was given.

Go ahead and keep saying that the reason Democrats keep getting elected nationally is because 47% of Americans are essentially tax-dodging parasites who want "free stuff" instead of people who work hard, struggle trying to live on stagnant wages, and face job loss/unemployment/debt/housing devaluation/outsourcing.

Go ahead, keep putting your fingers in your ears and going "la-la-la-la-la" instead of engaging in an honest appraisal of the changing American landscape and where your Party can fit it and flourish.

Go ahead and keep LOSING.
