11. 5 Year Olds...

I knew this was gonna be a hard fall...many of us surely have our own painful memories of the day after the '04 election. This one really was a thud for the great unhinged as their own manufactured reality made the hard fall inevitable. Now they're in major denial and anger...lashing out and doing what comes naturally to them: blame. They remain faultless...it's the "stupid" electorate or brainwashing or some other excuse rather than their "ideology" scare the shit out of the majority of those who cast votes yesterday. It wasn't just President Obama's victory but downticket races across the country.

The real loser last night was hate radio as it's now evident that its effectiveness in swaying elections is greatly diminished. Rushbo cost more money for his corporate masters this election season than he brought in with defeated Democrats. His attack on Sandra Fluke was the first shot in a war on women that ended up with an 18 point Democratic advantage. Thanks!!! And the other hyenas on the dying AM band are all struggling to get the number of the karma train that hit them (yes...this is the day I dreamt of when I came up with this SN)

What will be interesting is now that Willard and Bain have no use for Rush, Premiere and Clear Channel anymore how soon will they start to cannibalize the company and many of those losing AM stations are either sold to Spanish evangelicals or shut off altogether...
