Obamacare & a Single-Payer Option?

Without the threat of not being re-elected looming, could the President get some sort of additional provision of Obamacare to become a single-payer "Medicare Part E" mandate?

1. Right now? No. The version we got now BARELY squeaked through.

Maybe if we get a couple new judges in the Supreme Court and straighten out Congress in a couple years.

Democratic Presidents don't get a "honeymoon" where the other party cooperates with them.
That is a privilege exclusive to Republican Presidents.
