Without any ? the funniest post in the history of FR "Anyone Else Through With Fox?"

FOX News was a barrel of laughs with them disassembling. Conceding Ohio and then not. Well Freeperdom was not amused.

No calls to bring out the pitchforks. Not enough crazy. Turn off FOX and turn on Beck.

Anyone Else Through With Fox?

I don't usually bother with TV at all, but my wife seems to want to get her news from Fox for reasons beyond me. We have a home theater system, and invited our neighbors over tonight to watch the election returns on Fox with us.

We were appalled by the process through which the Fox morons cheerfully dismissed state after state before the facts were even in, a pattern epitomized when some babe strutted in smarmy fashion down to their "Decision Room" to humor Carl Rove's contention that Ohio had been called far too prematurely for Obama.

It was an amazingly amateurish, overly glitzy production throughout, and one where every single Fox News person seemed more than glad, titillated in fact, that Obama had won. I found it disgusting beyond words.

I left Fox long ago, but I think my wife finally saw the light tonight. We're done with the. May they rot in whatever hell they go to.

4. FOX was one of the more accurate outlets tonight

while CNN was doing their damndest to hold off on declaring any states for Obama, keeping Romney ahead for the first two hours of returns.

Beats me. Tomorrow I'm sure Ailes will be back to the usual sour grapes/blame-it-on-anything-but-our-shitty-platform-and-candidate routine.

5. Barone was quite good

But he obviously has complete independent authority.

They spent the whole night trying to get him to cherry pick the results and he held firm.

Then they tried to gang up and make him change Ohio and he wouldn't.

And now the FReepers are angry that he was faster than CNN, not that he wasn't right, that he was not only correct but correct faster.

7. I thought CNN was better than MSNBC tonight.

I'm glad I switched over. I was impressed with John King. He broke the states down by counties and did quick math explanations to keep everyone up to date. Their coverage was excellent.

8. Yeah, FR is in hilarious meltdown mode.

There's a good "shoot the messenger" thread about Nate Silver too.

Oh, and angry that Romney didn't criticize Obama *enough* on Libya.

The echo chamber around here gets to me sometimes, but those loons over at FR wouldn't know reality if it smacked them in the face.
