Every time President Obama says that at the end of this commercial I feel my eyes begin to well up. No matter what happens tonight this has been an incredible journey. When the President says those words they feel sincere to me and they feel important.

(13,390 posts)And it points to his generosity. I can't imagine that there are many people who could\would put up with the kind of public abuse he has endured. But, he as pushed through it with and never wavered in his commitment. I think his presidency will go down as significant for having the nation's ugliest nature exposed and having a uniquely gifted president with the intelligence, values, and strength to guide us through it.
