"It's an honor to be your President"

Every time President Obama says that at the end of this commercial I feel my eyes begin to well up. No matter what happens tonight this has been an incredible journey. When the President says those words they feel sincere to me and they feel important.

And it points to his generosity. I can't imagine that there are many people who could\would put up with the kind of public abuse he has endured. But, he as pushed through it with and never wavered in his commitment. I think his presidency will go down as significant for having the nation's ugliest nature exposed and having a uniquely gifted president with the intelligence, values, and strength to guide us through it.

but if it was easy, would Obama feel so strongly about helping? Would he need to?

I think he took this job just because it was hard and it needed someone like him.

He's like that.

And I love him for it. Not many around like that.

to proudly call him our President. He is too good for the cesspool that is Washington D.C. We see what they do to a person of integrity who dares enter.

I made my final donation 5 minutes before midnight. No regrets.

When I think of all the hatred and meanness that was thrown at him and the calm quiet way he dealt with it all, I cry a little inside but swell with pride that he and his wonderful family are in the White House. They are a class act!
