So DU how are we doing this election eve? I have good news...

We have a new Obama voter. My son's girlfriend wasn't going to vote. He's been working on her explaining how important voting is etc. She hears us talk about politics all the time and he talks to her. She thought they were all the same no one cared. She comes from a split house, her mom is voting for Romney. She was so pleased with herself she couldn't wait to tell me that not only is she voting but she's voting for Obama.

This is both of their first presidential elections, my son did vote in the mid-terms. So yay to that.

I'm pretty sure I flipped a Romney voter tonight. Not that it matters my state is going Obama anyway.

My daughter is losing her mind, she can't sleep she's so afraid they're going to steal the election--Florida or Ohio. Her first vote was for Kerry and she cried her heart out when he lost. She took the day off after the election just in case. Today she told me it's not enough time to pack and leave the country should Obama be ripped.

Every time I talk to her she sets my nerves on edge.

My husband says Obama has this locked down don't worry.

How are you guys doing?

actual ballot destruction or 'rigged' voting machines... in other words, Their Shit! BUT, as someone else posted, all of that crap - plus Obama himself, Clinton, Springsteen - mobilized more people to vote and not take this crap. So I think we'll come out all right.

Glad you converted one - and hey, in my opinion, they ALL matter - even in a 'sure Blue' state, or a 'we-can't-win' Red state.

that this could be devastating if it was a stolen election. Those bastards sure have tried to put every obstacle in our path to vote, and that's pretty enraging.
The good news is I don't see O just saying ok. I see us fighting. I see people understanding that they will have to rack up numbers that defy voter fraud. And I think we may have done it. Tomorrow is going to let us know. I'm making phone calls, doing what I can to fell empowered.

Thank you for the work you're doing for the campaign.

I agree, the president is ready for anything. He's not going to take anything lying down. He's a fighter and the right ALWAYS underestimates him.

I'm so proud of our tough DUers from Florida and Ohio and those in NC who did a lot of early voting.

I'm going in early to vote, but I live in MN and other than possibly long lines due to how important this election is I don't forsee any big problems here.

The Republicans running the election fraud machine should be ashamed. They can't win honestly, only by cheating.

to be ashamed! They've been cheating since 2000. It's what they know. But Obama isn't going to take their shit, he will fight them, they're not prepared for that.

total confidence ripped by moments of tormented doomsaying. i can't go anywhere but here, DK, and fb, i can't listen to the radio. I know Obama is going to win - but with the motherfuckers in OH and FL just fucking overtly trying to steal it, and who knows what tomorrow will be like at the polls and ... and ...

I'm good for the most part, then I read something (usually about how confident they are) or talk to my daughter and get bubble guts, but then I make myself calm down. I read positive threads here.

We'll get through this.

My Irish Catholic grandmother wrecked her car the day Ike won
the first time.

She said: I can't believe we elected a Republican!

LOL. I can't imagine what she'd say or do now!
