It would force every pollster to alter their methodology if it happened, but the possibility still exists.

2004, though, did not seem as likely to me. I always felt John Kerry was the underdog all the way to election day.

That's about an 80% chance of victory, so things are looking good, but rMoney's not beaten yet.

Don't get cocky.

Plus all the "it's a virtual tie" the corporate media keeps going on about is tough to ignore as well.

It's not that I don't believe the polls. Rather, it's because there's so much voter suppression going on.

*sigh*

We had better win this one.

I totally agree. We need to be careful. My most concern is still Ohio but Florida, Pennsylvania and Virginia could experience "irregularities"

I had been a lurker here but didn't feel the need to join until the election was stolen.

I was scratching on the door NEEDING to talk to people about it, and because of the infiltration of freepers, they had shut down the registration process.

I remember begging to be let in! LOL

I remember how insane it was. Skinner had tried to prepare us for the worst and warned us that there would be some who would cause trouble. It was true, too. What a rough few days that was.

Glad you got in!

The chance electronic voting machines could either lose or flip votes, that ballots could just not show up to be counted..that landfills will be found with tons of recent votes in them.. From everything I have seen, Obama is a head, but given enough mischief, this whole thing could be turned around...

God help us, to wake up the next morning to find Romney/Ryan in the White house. IT MUST NOT HAPPEN!!!

I was in Provence in 2004; the French were totally puzzled and dismayed that we re-elect Bush. When I said to a guide "I hope you will come visit New Orleans one day as it has so much French atmosphere" she said, "Oh no, we would be afraid to go to the US after this election; everyone hates us."

They might find a reason to uncall it and get the RW SCOTUS involved.
