UP w/ Chris Hayes w/ Nate Silver...help, I didn't quite catch this

I haven't seen any discussion on what Silver said about the Dems chances of taking the House. Hayes showed charts comparing the Dems chances over time. The charts showed a dramatic swing in favor of the Dems.

I was only minimally tuned in at the time. I'm not even certain if he was discussing the House, perhaps the Senate.

I saw it but it was hours ago and my memory has faded.

Basically it was that a couple months ago the (R)s were favored to take control of the senate (~65%?) and now the chances of that happening are more like 12%. Odds are (D)s hold the Senate.
