Melissa Harris Perry just read her open letter to Mourdock.

When the video comes up, all need to hear it. I had tears flowing down my face by the time she was done because she spoke for me and my experience in life. Sisters, we need to stand together and hold the ground.

and thought it was very powerful.

I also saw Ben And Jerry's on the show stamping money to stamp out money in politics.

I'm a survivor, and she spoke for all of us. I've never heard anyone express it better. What Mourdock says does feel exactly like what happens in sexual abuse, it is in essence the same dynamic, and mimics what abusers do (and deniers do) when they silence women. She is so awesome!

I saw it and I was so moved by it. So many of us understand the importance and perils if politicians as extreme, heartless and unGod-like immoral creep such as Mourdock and other politicians who support and endorse him win this election. I have been really frustrated and disappointed with humanity and what this society is turning into. This election is uncovering the worse in humanity when we see this kind of rhetoric, voter suppression, the backward thinking that deny other people their human rights and and dignity. Melissa Harris Perry said it with great passion and conviction. Shame on these hateful politicians and the everyone who support them!
