CNBC Executive Kevin Krim’s Two Young Kids Killed by Nanny Yoselyn Ortega

http://themoderatevoice.com/165468/cnbc-executive-kevin-krims-two-young-kids-killed-by-nanny-yoselyn-ortega-in-upper-west-side-apartment/

The children, Lulu and Leo, were rushed to St. Luke’s Hospital. The 50-year-old nanny was also taken to St. Luke’s with wounds to her neck and throat. The nanny, who has not yet been charged, was listed in critical but stable condition.

It was unclear where the children’s father — Kevin Krim, CNBC’s general manager of digital content — was when the kids were found. Police said Marina Krim discovered the bodies after she returned home from her 3-year-old daughter’s swimming practice.

The apartment was pitch-black and dead quiet, prompting Krim to go downstairs and ask a doorman if he saw the nanny leave with her kids, NYPD Commissioner Raymond Kelly said. After the doorman said no, she went back upstairs, walked into the blood-spattered bathroom and started screaming. Source

NEW YORK (Reuters) - The nanny suspected of slaying a Manhattan professional couple's two young children began stabbing herself as the mother entered the bathroom and began screaming when she saw the dead bodies in the bathtub, New York's police commissioner said on Friday.

The nanny, YoSelyn Ortega, had been employed by the family of Kevin and Marina Krim for two years before she killed their children and attempted suicide on Thursday in the family's luxury apartment, Police Commissioner Ray Kelly said.

something very odd and for now, I do not believe this narrative.

why the rush to judgement???

and she stabbed herself multiple times??? it defies logic.

As the article is pure gossip, should we gossip about possible other explanations that are more logical???

this reminds me of some past story but I can't think of details at the moment.

well that the throat was slit, not who did it, but the children's mother is supposed to have seen her do it

The fact that she is still alive suggests they were either shallow or not well placed. I'm betting on the former.

Artie Lange, comedian survived 9 self-inflicted knife wounds. Nine. Reports say 6 of those wounds were “hesitation wounds” while the other three were “deep plunges.” That is three deep plunges to the chest, and six more attempts at deep plunges. This was all apparently a suicide attempt.
