3. That one is a crock of shit though. They have it rigged to nail people for DUID
|
mercilessly. They will nail you for DUID for just a trace in your system. It's not even an issue if they can prove you were actually impaired. If you get caught with the small legal amount but you are driving, you're busted. They can have you tested and if you smoked any recently, you're screwed.
I favor a legalization that gets the cops out of the weed chasing business. I think it also cuts the medical growers out. |

7. DUI

Here in Finland that shit was made law few years ago, against all informed opinions and statements. The metabolic residues stay in body months after consumption and all testers can test only metabolic residues - which mean nada from medical point of view. What's better in there is that you have common law system, so informed jury has better chance of turning that part of the law over and creating precedents.

4. Suppose CO & WA legalize. What then?
|
Anybody got any idea? Will the Feds raid state-run pot shops?
Will a bunch more states legalize? And above all else, why the Hell is the current Administration busting med marijuana ops when the majority of their supporters also support legalization? Jeez, I've sometimes thought that any liberal candidate in any state outside the snake-handling South could pull in the Dems plus the pothead libertarians for a pretty easy victory by supporting legalization. |

8. This is the single issue I have yet to fill out

on my ballot. The way it's written only State sponsored farmers will be allowed to grow.
I'm concerned about Big Ag and big Pharma taking over the growing and distribution. Have to do some more research before making my decision. |
