5. I think it is ridiculous. Romney is an ass.
|
I remember during the 2008 President Obama had town halls ALL the time and answered 100s of questions from folks in the audience, gave tons of interviews with reporters, etc. I have seen only ONE town hall where Romney took question from people and those were plants one of the questions even was asked by a woman that was a campaign worker. |

Last edited Wed Oct 24, 2012, 10:57 PM USA/ET - Edit history (1) Both parties are flat out refusing to talk and answer questions about very important issues. First we had Obama's campaign saying that they would not talk specifics about Social Security. http://www.democraticunderground.com/10021483594
Now this. It is time for Americans to let the parties know that they work for us, and they owe us details and an ongoing conversation about how they will represent US. Enough of this "we won't talk or answer questions about it now" garbage. |

11. No MORE?? There have been only a scant handful

to begin with and most of those were with Fox News.
I'd wager Sarah Palin gave more interviews than Bishop Romney has. |

The "no interview" position would be much better for Mitt if he were ahead. Chances are greater for more positive economic news than bad. Only another foreign issue can hurt the President now. Expect Hannity to beat the Libya thing to death. In our short news cycle world, it will lose interest quickly. One final thing.....Romney can stop speaking, but there are a multitude of nutcases like Akin, Mourdoch, Trump, and West that won't. Ok....really the last thing. There is a story about a Staples co founder in divorce court that has not reached full maturity. Mitt will be hounded for interviews. The President wins by 330 plus. |
