Montana Governor's Race - District Ct Judge stops Rick Hill (R Idiot) from using $500K Illegal Contr

I wanted to give you an important update this evening – a District Court judge has issued a restraining order, preventing Congressman Hill from spending any more of the illegal funds he’s taken and canceling any advertisements he already placed with those dollars. Here’s what the newspapers are saying:

Judge: Governor candidate Hill must stop spending excess donation

further ordered that Hill and his campaign “be required to stop any agents, such as media buyers to whom these funds in whole or in part have been transferred, from proceeding to purchase any media time with these funds or otherwise benefit the Hill campaign through the use of the funds.”

“Insofar as advertisements have been purchased with these funds and are set to air immediately, they must be canceled,” Seeley ordered.

I know I don’t need to tell you – this is HUGE news. Our team will be in court on Monday arguing that, to preserve the integrity of our elections, the entirety of this illegal contribution needs to be returned.
