3. It was going to be close anyway

A lot of long time Lugar supporters hold a grudge, and Mourdock was already a pretty bad candidate.

4. Isn't he the same guy that said the ONLY bipartisanship he would follow is Democrats doing

exactly what Republicans tell them to do.. IOW Dictatorship.. They don't want to Govern, they only want to Dictate....

5. According to this map it's looking like the Dems will end up with 53 seats and 2 Inds for a total of

55.

6. Actually 56

EV considers Maine a 'tie' since Angus King hasn't gone on record as to who he will caucus with. But the Dems are playing it smart and they aren't bothering with the Dem candidate in the state. And Angus did endorse Obama in 2008 so he should go to us.

And don't get excited about how close Tennessee is. That guy running on the Dem ticket belongs to an SPLC identified hate group and is actually more aligned with the Tea Party. Democrats won't touch him and I would not be upset over any Tennessee Democrat that votes against him!

7. And if the numbers hold up

we will also pick up CT. It will move from Independent to Dem column.

Just saw the numbers on Hardball; 45% (D) - 40% (R)

8. This is their test: is Indiana pro-rape or anti-rape?
